Overview

The Team Dashboard is the central hub for tracking, analyzing, and managing all sales transactions across the GoGym network. It is designed for Sales Agents and Coaches to monitor performance, track commissions, and manage leads. The module processes data from Xendit (payment processor) and provides real-time insights into membership sales, PT packages, conductions, and commission payouts.

Data Source

Sales data flows into the dashboard from Xendit CSV exports. The system automatically:

• Parses transaction data (date, amount, reference, description)
• Extracts gym names from Xendit reference codes
• Categorizes transactions as Membership, PT, or Other
• Attributes sales to agents/coaches via Gym Staff assignments
• Calculates commissions based on configured rate tables

1. Upload: Xendit CSV via Upload Hub
2. Parse: System detects columns and extracts data
3. Attribute: Gym names extracted from reference codes
4. Categorize: Tagged as Membership, PT, or Other
5. Link Staff: Sales attributed via Gym Staff directory
6. Calculate: Commissions from Commission Matrix rates
7. Display: Data populates all dashboard pages
